LMO timeline

My LMO application has been filed last Feb 12, 2009 in Ontario. My NOC is skilled, level A. I have a colleague who had the LMO application posted on March 5, 2009 and received a positive survey today, April 9, 2009. We have the same employer. Our employer had been trying to keep in touch with Services Canada and couldn't reach the officer handling my case. Is the approval of an LMO subjective, depending on the officer handling it?

I also want to share my timeline for my LMO. It was applied March 29 and got positive result last may 15. I am aTelecom worker.

Hey Onting, where did your employer apply? Which Service Canada office?

My employer intially applied on the 30th of March and then our application was forwarded to Service Canada Toronto on the second week of April, we haven't gotten any word from them yet.

I am waiting for my LMO. I applied lat february 27 but until now I did not receive my LMO.. I applied as a healthcare worker in alberta....

OMG I am going crazy here... This is my timeline - and my visa expires next Sunday...

1) Provincial office where applied: Ontario
2) Date when application was POSTED: Feb/Mar 2009 (3 weeks in total)
3) Date when they recieved the application: April 1, 2009
4) Any correspondence or calls received by your employer in between, if yes then the nature of the enquiry and after how many days/weeks did you get an enquiry from them? NONE
5) Date when decision made or recieved? nothing yet
6) Employee is inside or outside Canada when the Application was submitted? inside
