LMO time pr0cess in BC

Hello,somebody know the time going to take my second aplication for LMO,we send the first one on March,and was rejected because Service Canada toll to my employer make more effort to higer a Canadian,so after 14 days of that,my employer send a new aplication on May 21,today we just have the new file number,so I has to wait others 8 weeks???? or is any way to make ref to my first aplication on March????
PLEASE HELP ME ON THAT.

I wait about 1.5-2 months for the LMO application process in Vancouver
