What does your lawyer say? I though that they were going to appeal?

ok...but can I apply visitor's visa and then apply a fresh lmo?

Do I have this opportunity?

Hey Reyan, did they ask for additional documents before refusing your LMO? or was it refused directly? what is your lawyer doing now?

They asked for additional info that I am really cook or not. We have given all the detailed info of what I actually do. Even then the officer refused the application as it (dont wanna mention him or her) thought that I am not a Cook. Quite Ridiculous. Now my lawyer has filed an Administrative Review with all the proofs that I am a Cook only and not a Food Counter Attendant because the officer has the impression that I am a Food Counter Attendant.

That ship has already sailed...
By the way the officer said that she has dined at Popeyes Lousiana Kitchen and she thinks that I am not a Cook

lol....I was thinking something else when replying.
Anyways Zardoz...I asked you about visitor's visa. Because I guess this appeal would take time. As I have time till 7th January, what if God forbids this one also gets declined on 4th January or so. I would be having only 3 days. That's why I am asking that do I have an option of visitor's visa?
Thanks mate.

I'm sorry but I don't know if it's possible to transfer to a visitor status from PGWP while inside Canada. You obviously can't apply for another work permit and stay on implied status. You will need to wait for someone who can advise you.
