LMO question

Hello All,

Why do they require Record of Employment (ROE) to process an LMO application?
Is this a good sign or a bad sign?

Never heard of this before, but generally a resume, proof of academic qualifications etc. are required and submitted with LMO application. At least that was the case with me. Probably they are trying to verify if you possess the experience stated in LMO or may be the job you are applying for, needs certain number of years of experience in the specific area. To me it is a good sign in the sense that if you show evidence of relevant qualifications it probably will be approved. But it is negative in the sense too that they (HRDSC) are suspicious too and need to be convinced with evidence.
