LMO processiong time in AB

My employer received the file number on the 5. November but no news since then. It is nearly 9 weeks. ???

So then, it takes 3 months to get the LMO from the moment you apply? On average

Most people I talk to say 12-14 weeks is about average... but my friend has been waiting almost five months for one (she's the employer). Her store has gotten a lot of LMOs lately, so maybe they're reviewing whether or not she needs them thoroughly.

Last time my employer applied for LMO we were waiting for about 6 months but that was in ON and there was some holdup like a strike or something, and that was the reason. It's different now
