LMO PROCESSING TIMES 2013

Hai friends,
This is Raja from chennai,India.2 months back I got offer letter as a Chef de partie from canada employer through one of indian representative his name called Anoo Lal, MR Anoo is genuine Person or not? i do know the status about my process and lmo but he said there is some immigration strike going on so it will take time.
Anyone exxplain about my problems .

Just want to share my lmo time line april 29 submit application and my employer got the file number on the same day, exactly 7 wks and 4 days hrsdc called my employer the aplication was refused due to lack of advertisement! So my employer advertised it again in 2 wks and july 10 submit the application, same day my employer received the fax from hrsdc the file number stating also that application was already in the system! And now we are in 7 wks.. Fingers crossed hoping next week we will have the positive lmo!!!

I found new way to check status of Lmo application for that employer have to apply for online I'd and PW after getting that from service Canada we can login online and check the status.

How? Please let us. What is PW? Can you give us the exact link to register for online ID?

Just Google it write down onlineblmo registration hrdc than you will get later I will post link today

Applications have to be sent to the regional Service Canada office that covers the province where the job is located. So if the job is located in Ontario, then the application would have to be sent to the Toronto office.

If the job is high skilled, the employer could have applied for an A-LMO in which case he'd get a decision in 10 business days. If he applied for a regular LMO, the timelines would be longer - I'm afraid I don't know exactly how much.
