in my case "IT jobs" , around 1 month and half
applied 2 October for CAQ and LMO
received CAQ and LMO 18 NOV

Can someone tell me what is the processing time for LMO for an IT job in a niche skill in Toronto? When can we expect a positive LMO if we apply during end of January 2013?
Also, is a lawyer required to file an LMO, or it can be done without it also?

I have not heard anything back on LMO yet. The wait of 12 weeks is now over for me. This has also increased my nervousness. Lets hope the new year will bring joy in form of LMO to all of us who are waiting.

My field of work is I.T(software development) and location is Vancouver. My employer applied LMO on 8th Oct.
Someone knows how long is taking the LMO in Alberta??? application in last week. (work permit ).thanks
I am waiting today exactly 9 weeks since my employer received the file number for his LMO. But no news since then!
