LMO Processing time for a foreigner currently IN Canada on study visa?

Hello,

I have researched, but was unable to find the LMO processing time for a foreigner who currently resides within Canada on a study visa.
This person is from Korea and is within Ontario FYI.
Also, he does not have a job offer just yet, but would like to find out and plan his future.

LMO processing time is not fixed, depends from case to case. Mine took more than 3 months.
If your employer has already received a positive LMO before, then he/she is eligible to apply for A-LMO for you in which the decision is made within 10 days. You would need a job offer letter, that is where you start from, if you dont have a job then there is no question of LMO.
