Hi Friends,Please Help & Advice

I Applied for Canadian work permit visa from India, through online with Approved LMO on June 2014.
I could n t find any updation or information in my CIC account since June 2014
and one of my friend who applied for work permit got approval with in one month ,which he applied directly
through Canada Consulate in Bangalore

did online applications may take long and how much time it may take for my processing time
Please help and advice . :-[
