Hi

I'm an Irish citizen and I've got a contract to begin work for a reputable company in Saskatoon, I've applied for a visa true the ask immergration nominee program,I've been accepted and they've started processing my visa app,

My question is, how can I get a letter of nomination so as I can apply for a temporary permit,
I'm told this is 3 to 4 page's

You need to wait till nomination. I suppose the procedure will be the same as for BC PNP for example - you'll get the nomination letter along with the support letter, which allow to apply for a work visa at your visa office, prior applying to the Federal stage. Labor Market Opinion is not needed in this case.

If you're really in a hurry, you can ask your perspective Employer to arrange LMO - that will let you to apply for a work visa before the Province will issue you a nomination.

As you've applied for PNP already, I would recommend to wait for the nomination letter first. Everything will be explained in the package you'll get.

Hi there,

Once you have your nomination letter and your updated job offer letter, if you are in a hurry you can then go to Saskatchewan and get a point of entry visa which with the other documents will allow you to reside and work in the province whilst continuing with the next part of the application for permanent residency whilst in Canada.

We are going through this process at the moment and this is the method we will be using. Assuming all your documentation is in order you should not have any problems.

Regards
