LMO in Saskatchewan - Hospitality Sector

I am a holder of IEC working holiday visa -one year open work permit and I hope to get a permanent job offer in Saskatchewan and apply for SINP. Is it necessary for my potential employer to apply for LMO before we can apply for SINP?

In the instruction manual it is not clear when it comes to IEC visa holders, as we don't need LMO for working holiday open work permit.

you must get work permit through lmo processing for sinp hospitality program, and the owner also must be registered in the program

Ok, thanks. That was confusing for me, since there is nothing about working holiday open work permit in SINP manual instruction. Now I know.
