LMO in Quebec rejected but given a new deadline?

Hello everyone,

My fiancee's LMO was rejected due to advertising requirements not being sufficient. The response was received 2 weeks ago however in the letter it states that the deadline to re-submit the application is September 28... why is there a deadline? Will the process go faster this time? I've never heard of something like this...

in which category u have applied?...

As i know that LMO and CAQ both will submitted in MICC and its takes 4 to 5 weeks for approval...after that u can apply for Work permit..
