lmo in canada

Hi,a little question about the lmo,im here 9 months on a two year contract and my employer is doing less than the contract states,hours of work,money offered and types of trucks to be offered,
As we get paid by weight delivered to houses and buisness,they have given me a small truck and light loads,now dont take this the wrong way but their are Canadians working for the same company and their first load is more than i get in two days and they get four to six runs a day.
I like working here and and want to know if i could change employers on the lmo.

If you want to change employers, then your new employer will need to get a new LMO and then you will have to apply for a new work permit.

The LMO and work permit you have now cannot be transferred to a different employer.
