LMO for cook - some questions!

Hi everybody!
This is my first post in this useful community of "newcomers" ;)

I've taken a look in forum but I haven't found the information I'm looking for.

Anyway, I've a IEC work permit that expires on November 14th.
I've been working for three weeks in a restaurant as second cook and the employer agreed to request a LMO to obtain a new work permit.

I asked him to indicate "cook" because I need a skilled job to "extend" my work permit to my partner (she's now in Canada with the same IEC visa of mine).

Unfortunately, I've not a diploma as cook (but I've completed 13 years of school) and my passed job experience are like waiter and help kitchen.

So, I'd like to know if it's sufficient to attach, to LMO request, just my resume with some "fake" update...changing help kitchen to cook, for example ::)
What do you think about? Can it be enough?

The second question is relative to the wage. At now, cooks in Ontario are payed (info taken from government website) min. 10.25 - avg. 10.56 - max 17.69.

My boss's paying me 10.50. What could happen if he reports 10.50 on the LMO form? Could it be ok?

Thank you very much for your help ;)

bye
