Hi Anyone knows what to do with expired LMO, im quite confuse since my employer applied for LMO last april 2013 and it expired last Sept 6, 2013 before it can be applied for work permit at Canadian Embassy in the Philiippines/From what i have read usually an LMO expires a maxiumum of 6 months, now im quite nervious that my employer will backout. PLEASE HELP

That means it was a pre approved LMO. When did you receive it? If you received the LMO before it expired it's your fault that it went to waste and you can't blame your employer if he will look for someone else. Try contacting your employer.

it was applied last april 16, 2013, it was received by the agency sept 5, 2013 with red ribbon authenticated already by Philippine Overseas Labor Office in Vancouver, and it the indicated LMO expiry is Sept 6, 2013 so it was quite suprising that the positive LMo was at the POLO already on august 11 but was received in Manila only in sept 6, 2013.

you have a visa already?...

No visa yet, according to the agency i have to wait for the LMO to be approved before submitting my documents to the Canadian Embassy here in the Philippines. What questions me is why my LMO should be authenticated first by Philippine Overseas Labor Office in Vancouver before sending it to me here in the Philippines.

It doesn't really have to. I'm puzzled myself. Canadian embassy can always check using the lmo number.
