need some info regarding the chances of getting positive lmo for cooks in toronto, any certain criteria or requirements?

Best place to start is to find the job first and have the employer seek the LMO. There are no education requirements imposed by the government, just comes down to what your the potential employer is looking for. Check out Kijiji, looks like people are hiring cooks.
