i work 2 jobs, 1 full time 38 hours, 1 part time 10 to 15 hours,(only 1 time 25 hours per week in part time work due to busy time). If my pgwp about expire in oct 30, do i have to quit my part time job in oct 30 and waiting for lmo and lmo based work permit or i still can work legally under implied status with 2 jobs. i dont want to get any trouble with my paper. the part time workplace is sushi togo restaurant so the schedule is flexible and short shift

Based on what I know, if your application does not have an LMO, your application will be returned as refused.

I agree, LMO is a requirement in submitting an application for TWP. Therefore, without an LMO-there's no application. No application equates to no implied status. Working beyond the expiry of current work permit also means violation of immigration law which can lead to refusal of future application and start of removal process.

Attached the LMO confirmation together with the supporting docs(LMO Conf # plus the Job offer, resume) together with the application form. Lets . When I f/u by phone in CIC, paper application was received last week of august 2013. Lets wait and see the outcome.

my lmo and my colleague's were approved yesterday. We already got the confirmations. Hope you guys would receive yours soon.

btw i just applied for twp via online. Do you know whether Canada Embassy in Singapore would contact or the the Canada Govt (CIC). ANY THOUGHTS WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

is any one know after service canda call employer for lmo and want new revised job letter with new pay rate after submitting new job letter how many day they take to approve? my lmo submitted on july 29 and revived first call on 3rd oct.
