Hi ,

My LMO has already been validated by Service Canada to work in the province of Ontario (Confirmation Number #7958172) in Dec 2012
and I have applied for Work permit visa on 8th Jan 2013. On 5th Feb my work permit visa got rejected by Canadian High commission India office.

Confused on refusal reason. In the letter attached to my passport it is written that - "You were not able to demonstrate that you are adequately meet the job requirements of your prospective employment".
What could be possible reason of refusal ?

Can re-apply again ? If yes then in how much time I can re-apply and should I have to apply for LMO again ?

Please help me.

Thanks

There are several point that they want to see on your paper. You must meet and demonstrate with your experience and education. For example, Alberta is experiencing labor shortage in certain sector. You should demonstrate that your skills and education will contribute and transfer to local canadian, and will hire canadian to train them. They want to see your skills are transfer to canadian. Try to find these info and demonstrate with your letter and resume. That is the only way you can get approval.

Do you have most of the job requirements listed on the LMO? Did you include your resume/CV, degree/diploma, training certificates when you applied for a work permit?

You may re-apply if you have documents to demonstrate that you meet the job requirements. If the LMO has not expired, no need for a new one. If it has expired, the employer has to apply anew and show that they could not get a Canadian or PR for the job.

Order your GCSM notes immediately. They will take a month to come so I hope your LMO is valid until June, as I surmise from your post. This will give you a better idea of reasons behind VO decision. Go through the job posting you applied for. As Senioritabella said, did you provide proof that you have performed this job for some time already? Does it have specific requirements like level of education (did you include docs showing you had it), did it require English (did you include IELTS). These are some of the things the VO could be looking for. Good luck.
