The employer does everything for the LMO so you will not have to worry about this process. You can google LMO and read the newest rules that came into effect on 31 July 2013. The employer now pays $275 for each LMO application whether or not it is approved. In addition, increased advertising and proof that the employer has tried to hire locally is required as well.
