Hi All,
I am working for Indian based Company who have client in Canada. I was in Client location during 2012 -2013. Due to LMO work permit, I am returned back to India (Since our client does not want LMO based work permit).
I have Valid LMO based work permit till May 2015
Last one year, I am in India and working for same client. Now Cllients wants me to relocate to Canada through inter company transfer VISA. (Client is OK with Intercompany visa, open work permit and PR)
Now my question, Since I already completed one year in India and am eligible for inter company. How my valid LMO WP affect this new intercompany work permit? and how we can handle this case. Please advice.
Note : I already applied for PR. It is underprocess but it will get it only after six month.
