How long has job been advertised? The employer can post as long as they want to post the job. LMIA processing depends on the skill level. Google - LMIA processing times - for general times.

I asked my immigration lawyer about my lmia updates they said "** It's queued for assessment " ***
how many days do they take for approval? I applied 25th Jul

correct, since I from Mexico I don't need a visa, I will be traveling to Mexico and come back to apply at a POE
Employer will need to follow the high wage LMIA process. Make sure the job is CEO or COO or CIO or something like that.
