Hi Naturgrl,

For the FSTP program, if you have a valid LMIA with a job offer then you don't need Trade Certificate or any other license.

The below information was found on the CIC website and I confirmed with my employer too.

• valid job offer of full-time employment for a total period of at least 1 year
• or
• a certificate of qualification in that skilled trade issued by a Canadian provincial, territorial, or federal authority

Correct. So are you applying through FSTP and what is your CRS score? What does this have to do with your LMIA and work permit?

So those EE requirements have nothing to do with your approval for a WP. All you can do is wait to see if LMIA is approved and then apply for WP based on your ECA, IELTS and work experience. Good luck.

Pre -Medical - 01/04/23

Awaiting for PPR request for Visa,

Anyone with similar experience or can advise the next step to get the result,

After 86 Days, after submission of the complete application.

My agency submitted LMIA application from 26/04/2023 and paid fee 1k on 29/07/2023 but now LMIA status still Queued for assesment. How long will take to receive LMIA because my LMIA applied over 4 months. I read the information on Canada goverment website: "Top 10% wage earners eligible for 10 day speed of service". Can my agency contact ESDC to know this case? And what is the longest day for LMIA access?

Ask your employer, not the agency, as they would have been the ones to post the job, meet wage and eligibility requirements.

Everything my employer posted on jobbank is eligible so do you know what is the LONGEST day for LMIA access? This job will expire in the end of August on Jobbank

What do mean by ”longest day for LMIA access”? Jobs don’t expire on JobBank so not sure what you mean.
