I have visit visa and i visit canada in 2018 right now i m in pakistan so can i apply for workpermit online like i have lmia employer job offer letter everything but i don't want to go canada unless i get the workpermit

You apply from Pakistan. Due to Covid, You can’t enter Canada now on a visitor visa unless you have written authorization to travel (immediate and extended family in Canada) or you have a work permit. Processing is 30 weeks.

So you need written authorization to travel and show that your travel is essential to be reunited with them. However, if you apply within Canada, you can’t work until your work permit is processed. And you have to leave Canada and return to activate it.
