Then it's the same situation as me. I opened an application in my IRCC account and the options of submission of proof is there. So I would wait until I have 2 weeks left to submit. Will also call ircc to confirm my status by then...Currently she is having open work permit with that can she get the extention ?

That return to your original question. You can submit wp appl without outcome of LMIA, just proof of submission. Then you can work on implied status.Hey you are already late you will have to apply Asap cos time line is around 4 to 5 month

I probably Won't be applying on lmia number just since I have no suriety it will approv or not ,I m gonna apply with another approved lmiaYou can apply for your work permit with the proof of submission.
