I'm not forcing you to believe. It's entirely upto you. And what should i gain to mislead people.

Anything is possible. If it happened with you than its true but if anyone else than it's false and mislead. Actually this kind of people mislead others.

My experience with others will never happen, imagine getting approval for an LMIA within 14 days? who can believe this?

It's not common but it certainly does happen. We've seen people get approved in two weeks / 10 busienss days.

Behalf of a friend & her employer applied her LMIA on the 1st of March 2020 but still haven't taken the payment fee from the credit card so that mean officer is responsible not started going through the file yet? what is the LMIA processing time for applying inside Canada?

The processing time from within Canada varies widely. Anything from two weeks to many months. Unfortunately it's really impossible to guess how long it will take.

Generally how long?

Generally around four months. However I would expect longer than normal processing times right now due to COVID-19.

Why is that?

Why is it going to be longer right now? Is that your question? If so, it's because pretty much every business and government office has shifted to a work from home model due to COVID-19. This means all work will slow down and processing times for everything are going to increase.

LMIA processing timeline :

Employer applied - Feb 28, 2020
Employer Interview - March 16 , 2020
Approved - March 17, 2020.

So yes , It is absolutely possible. There is no misleading. I applied within Canada. They said they were closing down the office in a day or two so they are trying to expedite the cases. NOC - 2271.
