The new employer said, they will apply for my closed work permit as a Gas station Supervisor. My open work permit is expiring soon and I need to apply for close work permit with the LMIA support. Since, my current job position in Financial Services Representative and I’m applying for a Closed work permit as Gas Station supervisor, is it going to affect the work permit decision? Since, both jobs are two completely different industries.

It's possible it might. If you have no related background / experience, then there's always some chance IRCC may refuse the work permit. Impossible to say for sure either way.
