I’m currently working under a LMIA, NOC A, my question is
Because my employer would like to give me another position with more responsibilities which requires another LMIA, with NOC 00; is it possible to do that?

Yes - it's possible. Like you said, your employer will need to get a new LMIA. You will then need to apply for a new work permit. Once you have the new work permit, you can start the new job.

Thanks for your answer
But don’t I have to provide previous experience in the occupation they want me in? Or is that enough their will basically?
I mean... LMIA is for companies and allows them to hire skilled people, but don’t those skilled people need previous experiences?
