An approved LMIA will only give you 50 points - not 150 points.

In any case if i able to get L8 R7 W7 S7
Then my points will be 467
Then i dont even need LMIA
But its hard for me to get this much ielts score

I would work on getting higher IELTS scores. The chances of the LMIA being approved are really quite low.

Or i can apply for direct CEC, if i have enough points?

You can apply directly. I applied without PNP n lmia
