Hello Everyone

I have an inquiry about the LMIA, I am well aware of the eligibility and the minimum requirements the employer must show, however, I did see an POSITIVE LMIA case where the CAD citizen simply opened a company in order to bring a certain foreign employee.
The company does not show any income (since he just opened it) , it is a brand new company!
so my question is, how is that possible ??????

CAN someone shad some light on the matter please ??

thank you!!

No - not possible. The company needs to have income and must be able to show tax return that demonstrate income is being generated.

They must have provided some minimum information about the company to satisfy the LMIA requirements. Impossible for any of us to say unless we were able to look at their actual submission package.
