Hi, i have a question, my employer received positive LMIA for me and, now i have question, lets assume that i apply for WP, under that LMIA, and after 7 months (i need 7 months to get whole year of Canada work experience cuz now i am here on IEC WH) i decide to apply for EE, does that mean, that my employer needs to apply for another LMIA, for me to be able to get does 50 points for NOC B ? or that first LMIA, still counts and i will get does 50 points based on first LMIA

Congrats to the positive LMIA!

If you apply for WP under LMIA the processing time is 3 months.
The WP you get will most likely be valid for 2 years. If you apply for EE you don't need a new LMIA. The one that you have will give you 50 points - of course only if it matches the NOC that you apply with.
