Arranged employment question

Hi Everyone,
I have a question about Arranged employment 50 points in EE.
As per my understanding, if I have valid LMIA number, we straight away get 50 points under arranged employment, but we I have LMIA exempt WP (under ICT) my 50 points appear after 1 year.

Is that correct?
