Hi All,

Can someone guide me with my doubts ..

My Employer Received Positive LMIA and I have 3 months time to Apply for my Work-Permit.

I don’t have a US visa so would it be possible for me to go to the Border and get my work permit?

What all documents should I have to show it to the Officer?

Hi Bro i am in the same situation like you however I am in process to get LMIA from employer soon.Can u tell me or pm the process pls how u applied.
