What do you suggest to me?

LMIA - you reapply if you can address the reasons for refusal. You must add information to prove that you will not remain in Canada and prove you can do the job. IRCC doesn’t believe you have complied with immigration status. It seems you may have been on a study permit but not studying so would have lost status. You have been in Canada such a long time without completing studies.

Study permit - focus on admission and approval of study permit showing that you can complete program, have your own funds, and will return home.

Before that visitor visa record, I have a study permit and an extensions
I am not operating a business (not me) my father and brother run the business

Yes we show that I can do this job and also show related my past experiences letter on my resume as well

I have to pass the uphill at no cost.

You’re basically saying with all your past , since 2016 mind you , you won’t or don’t want to leave .Even when you got sick , and you’re here in Canada and your family is over seas , you still didn’t return to them for support . So you can’t really use your family as a tie you’ll return to, when you never used them in the first place , when people usually do .That’s your problem
