I have a closed work permit and my company has been working on getting me an LMIA for the past year + in order for me to get permanent residence. they are currently at the stage of publishing my job in the job bank at the moment.
The process is extremely slow, and the responsiveness of my company together with the law firm has been a nightmare to deal with.
Meanwhile, I have gotten married to a Canadian and I am wondering whether spousal sponsorship would be a better/faster process?
