In case of any other paper, it is correct or it is wrong.
If he gives us offer letter can we check with him??

A LMIA doesn’t require money from you. If you pay him, you will never get your money back. It is fake.

This is fake LMIA as format is wrong. I know how LMIA looks like and there is no logo of service canada on LMIA it always comes from Government of Canada and the date on top of page and the bottom of page is different. There is no system file # in LMIA format. This is scam

Also they never mention any address from which office it comes from on LMIA

You should already have the offer letter. If you don't already have an offer letter, this is yet another sign this is a scam.

Anyway, all of the signs here are that this is very clearly a scam. Up to you if you want to pursue this further. If you manage to get your hands on an offer letter, then you can certainly post that here for further feedback.

There is no online system for checking LMIAs or offer letters.
