Hello respected forum members,

i have to submit eAPR, and i have LMIA letter and valid till March 15,2017,but in my job offer letter and LMIA letter its written expected date of job start December 20,2016, but I am arranging other documents after getting ITA, my question would there be any issue as now its January 2017 or should i get another letter of job offer with new expected date of job start. if i submit the same job offer letter from employer with (Dec. 20, 2016 start date), is there any risk that IRCC will reject my eAPR. I have another letter from employer where they have written that they extended the offer that expected start date of job till June 2017, so that i can submit my eAPR. should i attach this second letter which mention another letter of just expected start of job while all other conditions remains same.

2.My second question is on my job offer letter which is on company's official letter head and which mentioned address and website and email, but its not stamped(official seal), but its signed from HR manager and dated.is official seal(stamp) necessary on the job offer letter. My employer sent this official letter at the time of application of LMIA and that was not stamped, but LMIA APPROVED.

i would appreciate any help on these questions.

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
If you submit the current offer letter then you wouldn't meet the requirement of working in Canada on a LMIA work permit - as your start date has already passed.

"you are currently working in Canada in a NOC 0, A or B job on a work permit that was issued based on a Labour Market Impact Assessment, and

you are working for an employer listed on your work permit,
you are authorized to work in Canada on the day you apply for a permanent resident visa, and when the visa is issued, and
your current employer made you an offer to give you a full-time job for at least one year if you are accepted as a permanent resident"

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/offer.asp

My question to you would be, do you actually have a valid job offer stating that you'll be working for that employer for 1 year after your PR is issued?

I get that but do you actually have a valid job offer to claim the 50 points?

"A valid job offer has to be:

made by one employer
for continuous, paid, full-time work (at least 30 hours a week),
for work that is:
for at least one year after we issue your permanent resident visa
not seasonal
not on a contract basis, and
in a job that is Skill Type 0, or Skill Levels A or B of the 2011 National Occupational Classification (NOC)"

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/offer.asp

Aren't you required to upload such letter in your document checklist?

thanks again for reply,
yes i have full time job offer letter after PR as i said anticipated start of job date was December 20,2016 , that is why LMIA approved in September 2016, I am getting 600 points not 50 points as it was before Nov. 19,2016.but as you know it takes time to process, and employer wrote anticipated start date, but now 2017, is this job offer letter still valid or should i get new offer letter, i know LMIA is still valid till march 15,2017.

Then the safest approach is to get a new offer letter otherwise the officer processing your application might wonder how come you're not working at this point.

thanks again,
i have another letter explaining the extension of offer which mention expected start date in July 2017 while all other conditions of wages, terms and conditions will remain same as per initial job offer letter.
and other question i asked whether it should be stamped or not on latter head.
