You have to do your own job search on Canadian sites and find a company who is willing to go through the LMIA process. No fast and easy way. Research what PNP programs accept the NOC as it is not skilled. Are you licensed as a truck driver in Canada. If not you need to look at the province you are eligible for and get a job offer in.

NOC 7411 is glaziers. Read the NOC description and the employer can decide.
