Hello everyone, unfortunately my sponsored employee has to go back because there are severe conditions and situations going on back at his home that makes impossible to him to be back in the future, and, as I wish him the best and support him on whatever I can, I have to ask the next question:
Is it possible to change the name of the worker on this LMIA stream?
Agency doesn't clearly answer this, which leads me to think that in fact it is possible, since the worker wasn't applicating for a PR, just for the closed work permit, with this said, it seems sketchy for me and I feel that the agency only wants to make another LMIA to sum numbers.
