To get the 600 points it has to be a permanent job offer.

So it is 0 point if it's only temporary?
Yes. But let me clarify - it's the job offer that has to be permanent. All LMIAs are temporary by themselves, but your employer has to write a letter saying that if you get PR with this LMIA, then the job will be permanent, full-time (more than 30 hours/week) and non-seasonal.

I am on a duel intent lmia that has a work permit and also the option to claim the 600 points. I just want to know with regards the job offer does it have to say permenant? Mine justs say offer of employment, would that be enough? It states it's a full time job more then 30 hours a week just does not mention Permenant ?:)

There has been at least 1 reported case of rejection when the LMIA job offer doesn't have the word 'permanent'. Check the Rejections thread for details on that case.

Thanks so much another think added to the list. I hope to do my medical this week. I am in canada, solo applicant hopefully through CE. What kind of medical is it for me? Non or regular? I had no Idea there was even a difference thanks :)

Let the clinic worry about this one - it is their job not yours in any case. For a single applicant, likely to be non-EDE Worker category.
