LMIA temporary vs permanent

Yes. But let me clarify - it's the job offer that has to be permanent. All LMIAs are temporary by themselves, but your employer has to write a letter saying that if you get PR with this LMIA, then the job will be permanent, full-time (more than 30 hours/week) and non-seasonal.Vivoco888 said:

Mine justs say offer of employment, would that be enough? It states it's a full time job more then 30 hours a week just does not mention Permenant ?
There has been at least 1 reported case of rejection when the LMIA job offer doesn't have the word 'permanent'. Thanks so much another think added to the list. I hope to do my medical this week. I am in canada,solo applicant hopefully through CE. What kind of medical is it for me? Non or regular? I had no Idea there was even a difference thanks
Let the clinic worry about this one - it is their job not yours in any case.
