Hi there,
Anyone in this forum has experience with lmia, please help me with this.

My consultant already submitted my lmia application, and my new wage is higher than my current wage bases on new job offer. However, my company didn’t give me a raise yet.
Do you guys know when the company needs to give me a raise? After submitting my application right away or after they get positive or neutral lmia from government?

If the employer has submitted an LMIA stating you are being paid the higher amount the must actually be paying you the higher amount. Many LMIA require a certain wage to be approved so you should be receiving that wage now.
