Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
as far as i know you will be. Do IELTS and get WES + Police certificates.

You should be good do go (file for express entry and you will fall in the group/pool)

Then start playing the waiting game?

600 points will be gained if your employer can pull out a positive LMIA on your name. The path to get PR would be easy in that way. Nobody is sure yet how the invitations will be issued to the people who don't have LMIA.

I personally think people will be invited but it is going to be late.

Hi! I'm in a similar situation to the poster.

I work in a permanent unionized job (not full time yet) with a great employer, but they have not done an LMIA. Would it be worth asking my employer to do an LMIA while I'm still in my position?

Cheers!
