Hello Everyone,

I had applied for a LMIA under NOC 3219 as a Pharmacy Technician.
After 8 weeks my employer called Service Canada asking about the progress of the application.
The representative from Service Canada said that the PD7A summary was missing from the application package and needs to be submitted.
After re-submitting the complete package along with all the documents, my employer receives an email after a week that the following fields were incomplete:

- The [Summary of the Results to Meet the Minimum Recruitment and Advertisement Requirement] fields were incomplete or invalid.
- The [Temporary Foreign Worker Information] fields were incomplete or invalid.
- The commercial lease agreement was incomplete or missing.

Due to this reason the application was not processed.

I am not sure, how is this possible as my Lawyer/consultant is claiming that all the documents/forms were complete and accurate. He is urging me to re-submit the LMIA application again.

Has something like this happened to anybody?
My PGWP has expired and have applied for a OWP extension.

What shall I do now? Please need some help & advice.

I'm confused why you are submitting the LMIA. This is something your employer needs to do - not you.

Maybe time to find a new lawyer/consultant?

I guess it depends on how much you trust the lawyer...

Thank you for your advice.
I am confused. Should I take the risk. Is it worth it while waiting for the EE round of invitations?
