No. Write the reference number on the bigger envelope within which you will enclose the sealed envelope and send to WES Canada.

You'll only get the 600 points if the job has a LMIA and is fulltime and permanent. So, it can't be a contract for a time period, even if it's for 5 years or your employer says they'll renew it after a year. It cannot have an end date at all.

Just make sure it's for a fulltime permanent job. A lot of people ended up getting rejected even with a LMIA because their job off had an end date on it. They had a fulltime job, just not a permanent fulltime job.

Hi,

My OH employer sent the application for an LMIA and we are waiting for the response.
I just checked the form ad it says that "Expected employment duration 2 years" and ticked where states that Transition plan exempt because of limited duration (this is trades).
Does this means that I won't be able to use this for EE and get 600 points?
As Trades the requirement is that we need only one year full time job offer (LMIA supported)....

Does the layer just screwed us over or we will be fine? Of course, we still need to get the positive LMIA :)
