How is what going to work? I'm not exactly sure what your question is.

My question is when I will receive my Lmia.is there any possibility for me to receive it

Of course there's a possibility but no one can tell you for certain. The LMIA approval rate is less than 30% which means that most are denied and the Food Industry is one those most severely affected by new rules. Did your employer advertise the job for at least a month? What platforms and publications were used for the ad? There are many rules that must be followed and even following all the rules does not guarantee approval.

Ok. Well keep your fingers crossed. It can take months to get a final result but hopefully you wont have to wait that long. Good luck

Another thing you have to check now is the unemployment rate of the province/area you are in. A new rule is that if the unemployment rate is above 6% they are not approving any food service or retail LMIA. A lot of areas are just below but some are now slightly above.
