LMIA processing time

I heard different processing time about LMIA?

NOTE: my representative told me LMIA can be approved around 3 days, he is from Canada. he will present the work permit approval letter, employer forms, and credentials, pay a fee and then LMIA is issued

Do you have to pay anything for the LMIA? If so, sounds like a scam.

yes, Job provider says, you are coming to here. It is better for both of us to split the money.

I looked the name of the RICC immigrant lawyer found on this site (http://iccrc-crcic.info/) and there was stamp of (http://www.interjurisconsult.ca/intro.html)
There is no chance of getting LMIA in 3 days

If it is a scam: what can I do

It's illegal for the job provider to do this. They are responsible for paying the $1,000.
