Considering that they are processed by Service Canada (which is a different body from the CIC), probably not. The LMIA is a new program (replacing the old LMO system) so it will probably take a little while to figure out what the average processing time is. There's some administrative work in setting up accounts for employers that has to be done before even getting to applying for the LMIA. Also, different types of jobs have different advertising time requirements, so it will vary based on the type of job being advertised.
