LMIA Processing Time- Alberta

Noc 2171 (I believe)
LMIA application received on 28th February 2015
Sent through lawyers: yes (Paper application)

Still waiting......
Have to leave the country on 18th August as permit expired on 13th February 2015 and new permit application expired ("Refused" was official response) and my 90 days grace will end then!

My kids are not happy!!!

Not an ideal solution, but: can you not apply to restore status (before your 90 days ar up) as a visitor while waiting?

Hello guys, just to enlighten you, my two colleague's LMIA application's have been approved. It's not easy but it is still possible in semi skilled category. NOC code 6661 application received oct. 2014 file received dec. 2014 LMIA approve july 17, 2015 HRSDC said that they only approve the application because our company have a good standing/status.

I believe someone had an approved LMIA for retail supervisor in the main LMIA processing thread, you would have to go through and find it though, it was for sure in the last month or so.
