LMIA processig time ONTARIO??

Update...

So we got the letter from SC(it took a week to get it just across the GTA!), and they pointed there is a gap in the advertisement on job bank while the LMIA processing, and they want a explanation for why the company need this language and traistion plan which are already explain it twice on the application and when they called.
I really can't understand why this needed to sent ouy by letter though. They can easily send it by email of even Fax it.
And second point, why they need to ask same questions again ang again...If it's not clear, why they didn't ask more when they called? I really don't get what for they are doing this. It just feels like they are playing around...

And the other point, I don't know why there is a gap in the Ad, I hope the company can explain good reason for this...
Otherwise we are completely screwed!!!!

Don't lose hope! They clearly state that the job has to be advertised on job bank (or equivalent for province) until a decision is made by SC. Check the expiry date on job bank if it has expired then they can use that against you if they want, but it may just be an excuse.

Thats how ridiculous they are. My restoration is ending on 23 Dec. Will wait till the 15th and then apply for visitor or something. And then keep an eye on express entry, if that would save life.

I guess the most undoctored countries might have better procedures to handle !!! This is serious money spinning business for them, this all they say is to protect the illegal entry & protect the interest of Canadian. The desperate people like us earlier applied with $200.00 fees then they are still paying with $1000.00 with any benefits of timelines ....

I wish and pray you and minimee succeed in this defusing process.

Does anyone know about Annex A & Annex B

My Consultant they have received Annex B which was sent to me just for reference and I am being said they are waiting for Annex A.
Annex A is what is required to apply for Work Permit ???

Anyone got hands on it ??? Please reply friends ...

still no news...
my husand's company faxed the stuff to SC yesterday and they got all. We are hoping to get the decision ASAP, but SC didn't say anything about the timeline. I'm sure they will take time as they don't care about this side of life.

Hi Skmum, sorry but I don't know about Annex A or B... I tried to find some information, but not much coming up on the internet(or I'm not good to look at it...) Hope someone else can help you..

Update- Employer called service canada today and they were not able to locate my file in the system as the file number changed. They said they will call back my boss in three business days. I am so speechless and frustrated

Oh my god... How can be happened something like that! How they handle our application is so unfair and unorganized! I really can't believe this is the country which accepetd so many immigrants. They are working like they never did this before? How can they be so unprofessional... unbelievable...
Hope they will sort this out quick!!!

So Service Canada called my boss today, and my boss couldnt take the call. When he called back the person, they did not answer. Did anyone face this?

Boss spoke to service canada today and all they called was to clear some confusion. They said they are assigning an office to my case now. HOLY *$%#$&*^%&*#$^%

They did not even bother to clear the F#$*#&g confusion they had till my employer called??? Seriously???

Hello All friends ...

Again my consultant has been informed by Service Canada that they have agreed for Conditional Work Permit :'(
This is Conditional Work Permit for PR. This Work Permit is valid for 1 year only :-[ , and I will have to apply for PR as soon as I start the Job.

Friends Plz respond !!! This is completely out of Box for me, any info anybody has about it, as their is no info about this on internet ???
