LMIA positive with PGWP

Hello Friends,
I am currently with my PGWP which going to expire in Aug 2024. My part-time employer is ready to process my LMIA. Hopefully, the process will finish soon. My question is
01) Can I claim 50 points when i receive the positive LMIA while I am on my PGWP
or
02) After getting the positive LMIA do i need to change to close work permit to claim the 50 points?

I have worked with my employer for 2 years as part-time.

The position must be full-time to apply for a LMIA. Assume that your employer is eligible and is now posting the job to meet hiring requirements to show that no one can be hired. Make sure it meets the median wage for the NOC too.

1. Yes.
2. Not unless your PGWP has expired.
