HI EVERYONE
PLEASE SUGESTION I HAVE ONE PREVIOUS REFUSE WITH VALID REASON BUT AFTER APPLYING GCMS NOTES I VERFIED REASON THEN I REAPPLIED OCT 10TH STILL AWAITING FOR RESULT.IS THERE ANYONE FACEING SAME ISSUES.

Need to post where you are living because processing can be many months. Also include NOC and high/low wage. What was reasons for first refusal? Was LMIA still valid when you reapplied?

Thanks for reply Naturgrl: I am from india , processing time is 20 weeks almost im in 19th week ,its high wage LMIA . The reason for refuse is not having valid TRV to entry canada because its a inland application and i waited in canada almost 6months due to emergency reason i came to india and i informed to ircc, in refuse letter mentioned only not having trv .after applying gcms notes i recieved full information even ircc mentioned in gcms notes i satified all requirments
